Prints mounted in frame for free.

Protective Film on Screen

The frame’s acrylic screen comes with a protective film on both sides to avoid scratches during shipping.

Remove protective film from acrylic screen (both sides) upon receipt.

Are all products available for purchase?

Yes, all products displayed on our website are available for purchase.

Custom Orders?

Yes, we provide customized product services

Wholesale/Bulk Discounts?

Minimum order quantity: 50 items.

Gift Wrapping? 

Unavailable, but products are carefully packaged for gifting.

Physical Store?

We are an online store only.

Change of Delivery Address?

Cannot be changed after order placement.

  • Photos of the wrong item(s) and package

Missing Item in Order?

Check tracking number for orders with multiple parcels.

Contact customer service (support@faithhue.com)within 30 days of order arrival and include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of received item(s)

Refusing Delivery

No refunds for refused deliveries.
